All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds on live rip and ships, case breaks or card related games. Refunds may be issues for sealed, untampered with products only. No refunds will be given until the sealed, untampered product is returned and inspected. The buyer is responsible for safe return shipping and any fees associated with the return shipping. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In the event products are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, the buyer and seller will work together to file a claim and look to seek financial reimbursement from the shipping carrier.
